Shipping policy

1. Please note that we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other regions where shipping costs are exceptionally high or logistics services are limited. If you have special shipping requirements or are willing to cover additional shipping costs, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to provide support whenever possible.

2. Please note we don’t accept APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

3. Please note that we don’t ship to PO Boxes so make sure to enter a physical address.

4. Please note that the shipping fee is determined by the order value after any discounts have been applied. Thank you!

5. When ordering from STARGEAR, you are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country. The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on local regulations.

6. We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the order has already shipped.

7. We know that professional installation is often required. Due to the possibility of unforeseen issues, we strongly recommend that you wait until the status of your order has been received and verified before making any work to begin using your new STARGEAR product.
